Chi Hin Ling is Argus Media’s Asia metals and scrap Editor.

Chi joined Argus in 2017 in London to help expand its European ferrous scrap coverage. He was relocated to Singapore in 2023 and now oversees Argus’ metals and scrap coverage in Asia. Chi began his journey in the metal industry in 2011 and has experience in steel, ferroalloys, minor metals and base metals. Chi graduated from Imperial College London with a degree in electrical and electronic engineering.
