His expertise includes mine geology, grade control, resource development, mine planning, process plants, and mine-to-mill optimisation.

He has held senior operational and leadership roles, delivering business improvement and process optimisation initiatives, and has extensive experience in pre-concentration strategies, including bulk ore sorting implementation.
