Kevin Toohers is Regional Manager for Southeast Asia and the Pacific at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) based at the U.S. Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand. In this role, he is responsible for leading business development efforts and advancing the Agency’s strategic cooperation with government and private sector partners on infrastructure project development in the region.

In addition to his regional responsibilities, Mr. Toohers co-leads USTDA’s global Critical Minerals Industry Team, supporting the Agency’s efforts to promote secure and resilient mineral supply chains. Previously, he served as Indo-Pacific Manager at USTDA’s headquarters, where he managed the Agency’s portfolio of transportation infrastructure projects in South and Southeast Asia.

Mr. Toohers graduated from Georgetown University with a degree in Government. He speaks Spanish and Mandarin Chinese.
